Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Invincible You (https://invincible-you.com), an independent PC gaming publication operated by Meridian Play Media Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 13482719, registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Who the site is for

Invincible You is written for PC gaming readers aged 13 and over. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no paywall — the site is free to read, and these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about that use.

What the site provides

We publish editorial content: game reviews, performance-tuning and optimization guides, hardware buying advice, and PC gaming news. Content is updated as games are patched and hardware prices move, but we don't guarantee that any article reflects the very latest patch, driver or price at the moment you read it.

Intellectual property

The articles, benchmarks, images and design on Invincible You are our work (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and share our pages freely, and you may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not republish full articles, scrape the site for republication, or present our benchmarks as your own. Game titles, artwork and screenshots referenced in our coverage belong to their respective publishers and developers; we reference them for editorial review and commentary purposes only, and no endorsement by those publishers is implied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Editorial independence and no professional advice

Our reviews and recommendations reflect our own testing and opinions. We buy our own review copies and hardware, and advertising never influences a score. That said, nothing on this site is professional purchasing, financial or technical advice. Hardware prices fluctuate daily and differ by region; benchmark results vary with drivers, firmware, cooling and the rest of your system; and a component that is right for our test bench may not be right for yours. Any purchase or configuration change you make after reading our content is at your own risk.

External links

Our articles sometimes link to retailers, publishers, driver downloads and other third-party sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard to get our testing right, but we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every figure in every article is current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the site is limited to £100. Because the site is free to read, this reflects a fair allocation of risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Restriction of access

If someone abuses the site — for example through attack traffic, abusive scraping or misuse of the contact form — we may block or restrict their access without notice, for as long as needed to protect the site and its readers.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
